Privacy policy

The legally binding version is the German privacy policy.

In short: this website sets no cookies, uses no trackers, loads no fonts or content from third-party servers and does not store your messages on the web server.

2. Hosting and server log files

The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Friedersdorf, Germany, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). The server processes technically necessary data on each visit (IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data, browser and operating system, referring page) to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after 7 days.

3. Contact form

If you write to me via the form, I process your details (name, e-mail address, message; optionally country, details of the work, photos or scans) to answer your enquiry and – if you wish – to document the work. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Your details are not stored on the web server but sent directly by e-mail to my mailbox. To prevent abuse, a non-reversible check value of your IP address is stored on the server for no longer than 24 hours.

4. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
